One of Richmond’s newest off-field partners, ME Bank, has won the Most Satisfied Customers Award in the challenger banks category.
ME Bank topped a list of 13 Challenger banks in a customer satisfaction survey of 5000 people. Colmar Brunton was commissioned by Canstar Blue, an initiative of finance researcher Canstar Cannex.
“As naming rights partner to our new headquarters, The ME Bank Centre, we would like to congratulate them on receiving this award as nominated by their own customers,” Richmond CEO Brendon Gale said.
The survey measured a wide range of key contributors to customer satisfaction, including branch services, call centre services, internet banking, pricing, innovation and friendliness.
