Richmond will regain key defenders Luke McGuane and Alex Rance from suspension for its Round 5 clash with North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Easter Sunday (April 24).

Rance has served his three weeks for a rough conduct charge, emanating from the season-opener against Carlton, while McGuane has completed his two-week suspension on a rough conduct charge, from the Round 2 draw with St Kilda.

The pair will be welcome additions for the Tigers, who have been forced to use second-year players David Astbury and Dylan Grimes in the key-defensive posts in their absence over the past couple of matches, against top teams Collingwood and Hawthorn.

Meanwhile, versatile tall, Jayden Post, pushed his claims for AFL selection this week with an impressive showing at VFL level with Coburg in its narrow loss to the Northern Bullants last Sunday.

Post took several strong contested marks throughout the game and was largely instrumental in Coburg taking it right up to the VFL runners-up of the past two years.
