Mabior Chol maintained his perfect goal record since being recalled to Richmond’s senior side, following a near three-year absence, in last night’s clash with Melbourne at the MCG.
The athletic, talented tall booted one goal in the Tigers’ 33-point win, making it nine goals from seven AFL appearances for him this season.

He has goaled in every one of those games, starting with the Round 13 fixture against Adelaide at Adelaide Oval (one goal), and has a best return of three in Round 15 against St Kilda at Marvel Stadium.
Richmond star key forward, and acting captain in last night’s match against the Demons, Jack Riewoldt, is extremely impressed with the progress made by Chol throughout this season.
“He’s a great, young kid . . . he’s just taken a bit of time to develop,” Riewoldt told Channel Seven.

“I’m glad we stayed with him on that fourth year as a rookie because it’s really paying dividends at the moment.
