Richmond has joined forces with Adam D’Sylva, renowned restauranteur and Executive Chef at popular Melbourne restaurants Tonka and Coda.
D’Sylva will design the menu at a number of the Club’s match-day functions throughout the 2015 season.
The multi award-winning chef has applied his trade at a number of Melbourne’s top restaurants, including Cosi, Pearl and Longrain, and has grown his culinary skills travelling throughout Europe and Asia.

The Tigers’ association with D’Sylva was made possible through the Club’s long-standing partnership with leading superannuation provider HOSTPLUS.
HOSTPLUS is the national industry super fund for the sport, recreation, hospitality and tourism industries in Australia.
This season, the partnership with Richmond has been extended for a further three years, and sees HOSTPLUS elevated to become the Club’s official coaches’ partner, following six seasons as ball partner.
The association will span 12 years at the completion of the new agreement, in 2017.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Adam to improve our match-day offering in 2015, and are thrilled to continue our successful relationship with HOSTPLUS for another three seasons,” said Richmond CEO Brendon Gale.
“Both Richmond and HOSTPLUS exist for our members, and we place a high value on supporting and understanding their needs.
“We are also excited to have HOSTPLUS supporting our coaching group this season, and we look forward to continuing to grow our partnership further.”
HOSTPLUS CEO David Elia said: “Major sporting partnerships are not just about sport, they bring together the hospitality and tourism industries and play an important role in creating economic growth within the industries that we serve. The Richmond Football Club and D’Sylva partnership is a great example of that.”
