Round 4 looks a tougher week to pick than the last, but hopefully a few wise words from the Sportsbet.com.au AFL trader will to give you a leg up.

Top Tip:
Richmond v Melbourne
RICHMOND by 34
Games against these two are always tight encounters, but we think the Tigers have the edge. Tiger defender Alex Rance is in good form, and Trent Cotchin is running hot off the back of a 37-touch performance against the Lions. Click here to check out this week’s Megabet, $3.00 for Cotchin to have 30+ possession and Richmond win!
The Upset:
Essendon v Collingwood
ESSENDON by 13
The big Anzac Day clash! On paper the Bombers look a good thing, but the Pies aren’t strangers to the pressures of the big games and are coming off a very solid performance. This will be a close one, but don’t ignore Essendon’s dominant start to the season.
The Derby:
Port Adelaide v Hawthorn
HAWTHORN by 27
Is this a top four match-up preview? This game will be high-pace and entertaining, but the Hawks should add to their 6-1 record since 2010. Jay Schulz is a star in the Power forward line, though Jaryd Roughead, Luke Breust, Jack unston, and Cyril Rioli will all be getting quality delivery from an experienced midfield.
The Safety:
Geelong v North Melbourne
NORTH MELBOURNE by 6
North will go in as favourite, but this might be the time the Cats pull something out of the bag at home, and get their 2015 campaign rolling. Tip North if you want to go with the numbers, but footy is a funny game, so tip Geelong if you’re looking for one to buck the trend.
