Richmond has made four changes for Friday night’s clash with Hawthorn at the MCG.
Talented, young Tigers Nick Vlastuin and Kamdyn McIntosh return from injury, while Ben Griffiths and Jayden Short have been recalled to the line-up following impressive form at VFL level.
Vlastuin was sidelined for two games with a minor knee injury, and McIntosh missed last Saturday night’s loss to Port Adelaide because of a badly corked thigh.

Griffiths, who played the first two games this season against Carlton and Collingwood before being omitted, produced his best performance of the year in the VFL Tigers’ loss to Sandringham last weekend.
He kicked two goals up forward early on and was then moved into the backline, where he had a major impact, with contested marking a feature of his game.
Short, playing in the unfamiliar role for him of a small defender against Sandringham, had 26 disposals and provided good rebound for the team.
The four players to go out of the Richmond side for the Round 7 encounter with the Hawks are captain Trent Cotchin, who has a fractured cheekbone, Kane Lambert, broken ribs, with David Astbury and Ivan Maric both omitted.
Richmond’s three emergencies for Friday night’s match are Astbury, Andrew Moore and Taylor Hunt.
