Richmond is continuing its search for athletes within its Next Generation Academy Program zone.

The Club is holding a Come and Try Talent Day in Bendigo on Sunday, April 2.

Registrations are open to girls and boys aged 11 to 15 years who live in Richmond’s Academy zone – the Central Murray, Goulburn Murray, Bendigo, Sunraysia and North Central regions of Victoria.

The sessions will include speed, agility and football skills activities in a fun and inclusive environment.

Football history is not required and athletes from all sporting backgrounds are encouraged to register.

The activities, to be held at Bendigo’s Weeroona Oval, will be run by expert Richmond staff.

The Come and Try Talent Days will be held prior to Bendigo Thunder’s season launch.

Richmond recently announced a partnership with the women’s football club, strengthening the talent and participation pathway for women in Victoria’s central and northern regions.
