Richmond's inaugural AFLW list is now complete after the Tigers made 13 selections in Tuesday's 2019 NAB AFLW Draft.

Here's what Tiger fans can expect to see from the 2019 draft class...
Pick 7: Sophie Molan, 175cm, GWV Rebels, 24/03/2001
Versatile player from Ballarat, spent most of the year in the midfield, had an outstanding stint with the Western Bulldogs in the VFLW. 175cm elite at winning the ball and getting it to the outside.
Pick 25: Laura McClelland, 169cm, Eastern Ranges, 30/07/2001
All Australian 2019, shows glimpses of Jeremy Howe with her aerial work. From the Yarra Valley. Eastern Ranges captain, despite having tonsillitis six time this year the left footer has impressed recruiters with her work ethic.
Pick 31: Ella Wood, 164cm, GWV Rebels, 14/02/2001
Hard running midfielder that is extremely clever with ball in hand. Left footer from Ararat that is a natural footballer, will be exciting to see what she can become at AFLW level.
Pick 40: Sarah Sansonetti, 172cm, Northern Knights, 02/08/2001
Northern Knights half-back reads the ball exceptionally well and loves to rebound the ball forward. Isn’t the biggest in size but fights hard and is rarely beaten.
Pick 43: Holly Whitford, 164cm, Melbourne University, 11/02/1999
Versatile and hardworking, spent two seasons with Collingwood AFLW (played four games). Holly brings some AFLW experience to our team.
Pick 55: Nekaela Butler, 161cm, GWV Rebels, 04/06/2001
Tough defender from GWV Rebels, her aggression at the ball stands out and her natural skills. Missed out on Vic Country selection this year so will be looking to prove some people wrong.
Pick 58: Cleo Saxon-Jones, 181cm, Western Jets, 4/10/2001
Skilful 181cm key position player. Has a thumping kick and the ability to kick a goal from anywhere. Clean below the knees and great decision maker.
Pick 71 (pre-draft selection): Laura Bailey, 166cm, Richmond VFLW, 19/08/1992
Signed as a pre-draft academy selection last month, the reliable medium-sized defender added versatility to her game this year, showing capability as a crafty forward in Richmond's VFL side.
Pick 73: Emma Horne, 170cm, Eastern Ranges, 29/11/2001
Quiet achiever from Eastern Ranges, Emma has great skills and hardly loses a contest. Had an impact in her games with Richmond VFLW this season.
Pick 84 (pre-draft selection): Kate Dempsey, 160cm, Richmond VFLW, 25/03/1995
Also signed as a pre-draft academy selection last month, Dempsey is an ultra-consistent performer who is renowned for her foot-skills and intercept marking.
Pick 87: Ciara Fitzgerald, 170cm, Northern Knights, 20/08/2001
Missed out on Vic Metro selection, reliable defender from Northern Knights that loves to intercept and send the ball forward.
Pick 93: Emily Harley, 169cm, Oakleigh Chargers, 04/12/2001
Extremely talent footballer from Blackburn, plays in the mid and up forward. Represented Vic Metro at 2019 National Championships.
Pick 96: Lauren Tesoriero, 170cm, Richmond VFLW, 09/10/1986
The Richmond Women's recruiter, who spent two years at Collingwood AFLW (2017-18), will return to the competition after proving her fitness following a knee injury. A tough midfielder and valuable contributer, she brings plenty of experience.
