Seth Campbell further underlined his potential at the game’s highest level with an eye-catching display for Richmond against North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium yesterday.
The talented teenage forward, recruited by the Tigers from Tasmanian club North Launceston in the 2022 AFL rookie draft, showcased his pace, poise and all-round class.
He finished the match with 15 disposals, four marks, one goal, an equal game-high seven inside-50s, three clearances, nine score involvements, four intercepts and 362 metres gained.
Campbell has been a key positive among the Richmond playing group this season. He’s played 18 senior games and is averaging 11.6 disposals, 3.1 marks, 2.6 inside-50s, 3.8 score involvements, 221.8 metres gained per match, and has kicked a total of 10 goals.
Among AFL rising star contenders, he is ranked fourth in total inside-50s, fourth in bounces, seventh in goal assists and eighth in score involvements.
