Richmond’s season started the same way it finished – with Carlton. The Tigers won the Round 1 showdown against the Blues in a Thursday night thriller at the MCG. The win was one of three straight in the opening rounds of the AFL season for Richmond, the Club’s best start to a season since 1995.
