Richmond superstar Monique Conti is off to a flying start in the coaches' votes, picking up a perfect 10 in the opening round.
The midfielder started her season in dominant style, playing a key role in the Tigers' six-point Round 1 win as she racked up 26 disposals, eight clearances, four tackles, three marks and one goal.
Twenty-three-year-old Coni, a four-time Tigers Best and Fairest winner, also kicked a classy goal in the second quarter in the second term to kick-start the Tigers' comeback.
