The Richmond Football Club is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Officer to work as part of a small team in ensuring the club’s Football and Administration Department’s IT requirements are fulfilled.
The position will suit a recent graduate, who has a passion for Information Technology whilst also a keen interest in a developing a career within an elite sporting organization. You will be the first port of call for Helpdesk issues, whilst also working closely with the Football Department in ensuring that the club’s investment in Football Technology systems are fully utilised.
The position offers the successful candidate the ability to develop a wide skill set, whilst also the opportunity for career growth within the Information Technology Department and Organisation.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Computing Science (or Equivalent)
Helpdesk / PC & Networking Troubleshooting Experience
Experience in the usage of Multimedia products (ie Final Cut Pro)
Current Victorian Drivers License
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a high pressure environment
High level of motivation and desire to learn new skills or further develop
Ability to work unsupervised and to also work closely as a team.
Understanding of AFL Football; including its culture, concepts and stakeholders.
Understanding of and willingness to work in an industry that demands flexibility around time and working conditions
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Microsoft Certification
Unix / Linux Experience
Database / CRM Knowledge & Experience
Apple Macintosh Experience.
Sportscode Experience
Salary Package 40 - 45K (inc Super), depending on Skills and Experience.
