Richmond has unveiled its 2018 Anzac Day Eve guernsey, to be proudly worn by the Tigers as the Club honours the ANZACs, in the annual clash against Melbourne on Tuesday, April 24.
This will be the third occasion the Richmond team will wear a specially themed guernsey in the match that is fast becoming one of the most anticipated blockbusters on the AFL fixture.
In a Club first, the Anzac Day Eve guernsey will be available for purchase from today, Monday, April 9 at the Tigerland Superstore, both in store and on-line. Click here to purchase the Anzac Day Eve guernsey.
A percentage of proceeds from the sale of the Anzac Day Eve guernsey will be donated to the RSL, long-time supporters of the AFL’s Anzac Round.
Designed by PUMA, Richmond’s on-field apparel partner, the 2018 Anzac Day Eve guernsey carries a watermark of an Australian solider, standing in a field of poppies, and also features the 2018 Anzac Appeal logo.
The Lest We Forget motif and the match details also appear on the reverse of the jumper. And finally, as per all guernseys worn by the Tigers in season 2018, the guernsey proudly displays the gold 2017 AFL Premiers logo.
Richmond has also launched an Anzac Day Eve membership which includes a reserved seat to the match, as well as general admission to three other Richmond home games of your choice. Click here to purchase an Anzac Day Eve membership.
Drawing a crowd of over 85,000 to last year’s Anzac Day Eve clash, the match features a moving pre-game ceremony to honour both our past and current serving members of the Australian Defence Force.
