Pickett comes back into the side after serving a one-week suspension, while Graham returns after a toe injury forced him out of Richmond's Round 10 Dreamtime at the 'G win.
The two inclusions replace Tom Lynch and Kane Lambert, who will miss the clash through hamstring and hip injuries respectively.
Richmond's four emergencies for the match are Jake Aarts, who has been omitted after being activated as the team's medical substitute last weekend, as well as Noah Cumberland, Ben Miller and Hugo Ralphsmith.
The Tigers' will confirm which player comes in as the medical substitute 60 minutes prior to the bounce.
Richmond will wear its 2022 Dreamtime guernsey, designed by Pickett and his partner Jessica Nannup, for the second weekend of the Sir Doug Nicholls Round, with the Round 11 match Sydney's annual Marn Grook game.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday morning, senior coach Damien Hardwick said the Swans were "incredibly hard to beat on their home patch" but the Tigers were "up for the challenge".
"They're a really good side... When they use the ball really well, they're damaging and they've got some damaging forwards up there as well," Hardwick said.
"We know that if we play our best, we're going to trouble sides.
"We're pretty confident that the way we're playing the game is a reasonable brand of footy that will hold us in good stead.
"This is a really important game for us and our footy club...especially going into the bye."
Friday night's match kicks off at 7.50pm can be viewed live on Channel 7, FOX FOOTY and Kayo Sports. The VFL Tigers take on Sydney in a curtain raiser from 2.05pm at Lakeside Oval.
