Richmond has rounded off the 2011 AFL trade week with a last-minute exchange of draft picks with the Gold Coast Suns.

The Tigers traded the round one compensatory selection they received from Adelaide this time last year, as part of the Richard Tambling deal, to Gold Coast.

In return, they gained a first round selection at pick 26 in the 2011 National Draft, and a second round compensatory selection that the Suns acquired last year from Port Adelaide, which can be used from 2012 onwards.

The specific details of this second round compensatory pick will be determined by where Port Adelaide finishes in the 2012 season.

Richmond can activate this selection at any time until the end of 2014 season.
