Richmond has gained pick 79 in the upcoming National Draft, in exchange for Mitch Morton, who has been traded to the Sydney Swans.

The 24-year-old played 59 games with Richmond over four seasons, after starting his career with West Coast, where he played 12 games in three years.

Morton booted 94 goals for the Tigers, including 41 in the 2009 season.

He managed nine senior appearances, kicked six goals and averaged 12 disposals in the 2011 season.
