Richmond has selected Luka Lesosky-Hay with its final pick (No. 52 Overall, 32 Victorian) at the 2020 NAB AFL Women’s Draft.
It is a story of perseverance for the hardworking inside midfielder from Geelong Falcons after she was overlooked at the 2020 Draft.
Lesosky-Hay is no stranger to Richmond, having joined the Tigers as a train-on player for the 2020 AFLW season, where she came close to an AFLW debut.
“Luka impressed coaches last year with her ability to win the ball in the contest, we are really happy to be able to bring her back to the Club,” Richmond Women’s recruiter Lauren Tesoriero said.
Lesosky-Hay’s selection completes the Richmond squad of 30 for the 2021 AFLW season.
