Richmond will wear black armbands in their NAB Cup opening round matches against Carlton and Collingwood at Etihad Stadium this Saturday night (February 12) as a mark of respect for respected, long-serving AFL administrator, Jill Lindsay, who died early this week.

The Club wishes to pay tribute to the enormous contribution Ms Lindsay made to Australian Football over more than 40 years, as well as recognise her passion for the Yellow and Black.

The Tigers will then wear black armbands in the opening round of the 2011 premiership season, for dual Jack Dyer Medallist and 1982 Norm Smith Medallist, Maurice Rioli, who passed away on Christmas Day
