Coburg yes for O’Hanlon
Richmond has been granted permission by the AFL for promising youngster Brett O’Hanlon to play with Coburg in the VFL next Sunday (June 24).
Clubs going into the mid-year bye need that official consent for certain players to drop back to VFL level.
The Tigers were keen for O’Hanlon, who spent his first two games of AFL football as the team’s substitute, to play a full match.

As a result, O’Hanlon will line up for Coburg seniors against Collingwood’s VFL side at Mantello Holden Oval, Coburg on Sunday.
Coburg’s Development team will play Box Hill in the curtain-raiser at 11am, with the main game kicking off at 2pm.
Given the fact Richmond has the bye on the weekend, this is a great way for the Tiger Army to get their football fix.
They can see a host of Richmond-listed players running around and throw their support behind the Club’s VFL affiliate at the same time.
