Richmond’s naming rights sponsor, ME Bank, have proven they are the fairer choice for banking, after winning ‘Lender of the Year’ in the Australian Home Loan Awards.

The award recognises Australia’s best home loan provider across banks, non-banks, credit unions and building societies.

Over 10,000 customers voted to determine the category winners, and ME Bank won 12 out of a possible 20 medals, including nine gold and three silver medals.

“Our challenge is to spread the word to more Australians that they don’t have to put up with the behaviour of the major banks; that there is an alternative,” said ME Bank CEO, Jamie McPhee.
