Richmond has chosen two players to make their senior debuts with the Club in the 2015 season-opener against Carlton at the MCG tomorrow (Thursday) night.
Hard-running pair Taylor Hunt and Kamdyn McIntosh have been named in the Tigers’ line-up for the big Round 1 clash with traditional rival Carlton.
Hunt, who joined Richmond late last year as a delisted free agent, following a 63-game career in five seasons at Geelong, and McIntosh, who was the Tigers’ second pick (No. 31 overall) in the 2012 National Draft, have been rewarded for their impressive work throughout the pre-season period.
“Taylor adds a different dimension to our midfield,” Richmond assistant coach Brendon Lade said on this week’s ‘Spotlight’ show.
“He’s an elite runner, can win some really good outside ball, and play inside as well. So, he can do a bit of both.

“Kamdyn will play through the wing.
“He’s also an elite runner and uses the ball really well.
“He’s been pretty good in the pre-season and we’re really happy where he’s at.”
Richmond also selected valued veteran defender Chris Newman, who has fully recovered from a minor heart procedure he underwent recently.
Midfielder Reece Conca was unavailable for selection due to hamstring soreness.
