Richmond president Peggy O’Neal has outlined the Club’s strategic priorities as it continues to strive for success, on and off the field.
O’Neal revealed the Tigers’ vision at the Club’s 2014 Annual General Meeting, held at the ME Bank Centre last night (Wednesday, December 10).
“Our vision is that Richmond becomes a strong and bold premiership club . . . that the Richmond Football Club will be a club with a strong and ethical culture that underpins a strong and dynamic business that, ultimately, delivers a strong and successful football team,” O’Neal said.

“The Richmond Football Club will be bold. We will innovate and lead. We will embrace all challenges, both on and off the field.
“That is the essence of our vision for the future. It is what success looks like to us and, as we know, we will need to work harder than we have ever worked before to deliver on that vision.
“I have said several times that the next five years will require as much, if not more, of us than the past five years.”
O’Neal explained the five pillars upon which Richmond will focus its attention – working on the Club’s culture, gaining greater understanding of its supporter base, increasing revenue, investing in its facility and, ultimately, achieving on-field success.
“The board is committed to these strategic priorities, and management is committed to making sure that they happen,” O’Neal said.
“We are taking the next big step in this great Club’s history.
“We intend to do all within our power to deliver you a strong and bold premiership club.”
