Star Richmond vice-captain Brett Deledio has been charged by the AFL’s Match Review Panel, but is free to play against Collingwood this week.
Deledio was charged with striking the Gold Coast’s Aaron Hall during the second quarter of last Sunday’s 83-point win at the MCG.
He was offered a $1000 fine with an early guilty plea, after it was determined the incident should be classified as careless conduct with low impact to the head.
Richmond’s opponent in Round 21 could be without defender Nathan Brown, with the Magpie offered a one-match ban for engaging in rough conduct against Luke Parker last weekend against Sydney.
