RICHMOND was a man down for the final quarter of the preliminary final against Geelong after defender Nathan Broad was ruled out with concussion.
Broad was wobbly after a head knock during the third term and his night was officially over early in the last term after being assessed in the rooms.
The premiership backman could be in some doubt for a date with Collingwood or Greater Western Sydney in next Saturday's Grand Final.
The Tigers have battled injury concerns throughout the night, with youngster Jack Graham dislocating his right shoulder in the opening half.
Attempting to lay a tackle on Tom Atkins, Graham immediately wheeled away in pain and headed to the interchange bench with his shoulder in an awkward position.
The 21-year-old has history with shoulder problems. He dislocated his left shoulder in round 16 last year and delayed a reconstruction until after the Tigers' finals exit.
Graham returned after having his shoulder strapped, while superstar Dustin Martin overcame an apparent corked leg from the opening minutes to stay on the park.
Nathan Broad is out for the remainder of the match after receiving a knock at the end of the third term.
