Conti, 19, has made a big impact in her two seasons in the AFLW, quickly becoming one of the competition’s most decorated players.
The cross-code star was named best on ground in the Bulldogs’ 2018 Grand Final win over Brisbane, a season in which she also received a Rising Star nomination.
Conti then backed up her stunning debut season with an even better 2019 that saw her named both All Australian and the Bulldogs’ best and fairest.

Richmond Head of Women’s Football, Kate Sheahan, said Conti who also plays in the WNBL for the Melbourne Boomers would continue to combine her basketball and football with the Richmond Football Club.
“Mon has an amazing ability to create time and space in the contest. She is young and has a tremendous upside that we can’t wait to work with," Sheahan said.
“It has been great to be able to see our wish list come to life with the addition of seven wonderful players.”
