Jonty Faull will officially make his debut for Richmond, replacing Harry Armstrong, who has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Faull, who was selected with pick 14 in the 2024 National Draft, impressed at VFL level, kicking two goals in the Tigers' Round 3 win over Brisbane, earning the call up to the senior side.
He becomes the fifth Tiger to debut this season, following Sam Lalor, Luke Trainor and Armstrong from last year's Draft class, as well as Liam Fawcett.
Meanwhile, Hugo Ralphsmith has also regained his spot in the team, after being sidelined with a hamstring injury in the off-season.
The 23-year-old also featured prominently in the VFL victory last week, collecting 19 disposals.
He makes up the interchange alongside Jacob Blight, Thomson Dow, Jacob Bauer and James Trezise, one of which will be named sub an hour before the match.
Speedy small forward Maurice Rioli has also earned his call up into the side for the first time in 2025, replacing Lalor in front of goals.
Rioli joins Faull, with Tom Lynch, Steely Green, Jack Ross and Seth Campbell rounding out the forward line.
The backline, with Nathan Broad, Nick Vlastuin, Ben Miller, Trainor, Jayden Short and Tom Brown, remains unchanged.
Richmond coach Adem Yze will lead the side out for his 300th AFL game as a player and coach.
Samson Ryan, Campbell Gray and Kaleb Smith round out the final team as emergencies.
The Tigers face off against Fremantle at Barossa Park on Sunday from 12.35pm (AEST), 12.05pm (ACST). Tune into the broadcast live on Fox Footy and Kayo Sports.
