Sierra is an inside midfielder from the Western Jets, Vic Metro, and a member of the AFLW Academy this season.
The 18-year-old had an outstanding year as one of the premier midfielders in this year's draft pool, winning multiple individual awards for her high-level performances, including the U18 Championships' Best & Fairest Award, All Australian honours, and was named captain of the side.
Sierra was also named Vic Metro MVP, leading the team to the U18 Championships title as co-captain alongside Georgie Brisbane. Throughout the U18 Championships she averaged 28.3 disposals, 3.3 marks, four tackles, 6.7 clearances and 4.3 inside 50s.
Showcasing her competitiveness and elite footy smart, Sierra also won the best on ground medal in the AFLW Academy game at RSEA Park with 25 disposals, four inside 50s and seven tackles against the best players in the country.
Sierra is an impact player with ball in hand and influences the game with each disposal, as well as athleticism. She has also displayed Richmond character traits on and off the field, and is highly regarded for her leadership, diligence, professionalism and strong desire to achieve.
