Richmond has confirmed its extended squad for Sunday's clash with Collingwood at the MCG, naming four potential inclusions.
Important pair Nick Vlastuin and Tim Taranto are on track to return from a back complaint and concussion protocols respectively.
Also added to the squad for a chance to be recalled are young pair Matthew Coulthard and Jacob Bauer.
Twenty-two-year-old swingman Bauer booted two goals against Williamstown in the VFL last weekend to go with 14 disposals, five rebound-50s and three inside-50s.
Coulthard collected 12 disposals, four marks and four inside-50s, with Richmond VFL coach Steve Morris praising his "endeavour and his commitment to the team".
Out of the squad is captain Toby Nankervis, who suffered a concussion last Saturday night against Port Adelaide.
Dustin Martin trained in Bundoora today and was in consideration to return, but won't play against Collingwood, with the club ultimately taking a no risk approach.
"He's in a good spot. He turned a corner late last week," senior coach Adem Yze said of Martin.
"The decision will be made on whether one or two sessions is enough or whether we need another full week of training, and we'll look to next week.
"He's missed a fair bit of footy and he'll get a good session in today. He's moving really well, he moved well on Tuesday.
"But, we won't take any risks if we feel like that's not enough training load."
The Tigers will confirm their final Round 20 team on Friday night at 5.00pm AEDT.
Versatile tall Noah Balta will play his 100th AFL game on Sunday.
