The VFL Tigers will be bolstered by the return of vice-captain Mutaz El Nour, as well as the inclusion of four AFL-listed Tigers for their clash against the Suns on Sunday morning. 

The VFL Tigers will face the Gold Coast Suns for the second time this season from 11:05am on Sunday morning.

The last time the two sides met, the Tigers defeated the Suns by 23 points at People First Stadium in Round 1.

Ahead of their proverbial ‘eight-point’ game against the seventh-placed Suns, the Tigers have named vice-captain Mutaz El Nour.

The intercept-defender will play his first game for the Tigers since suffering an AC joint injury in Round 6 against Coburg.

The side will also be bolstered by the inclusion of four AFL-listed Tigers such as the returning Jacob Bauer from a rib injury, as well as Jacob Blight, Noah Cumberland and Kane McAuliffe, all AFL omissions.

Out of the side is James Trezise (AFL recall), Steely Green (AFL recall), Harry Scott (injured), Liam Thomas (omitted), and Harrison White (omitted).

The first bounce is set for 11:05am at the Swinburne Centre.
