The Tigers have stuck with the winning formula that saw them defeat Hawthorn by 11 points last Friday night at Cairns' Cazaly's Stadium.
Richmond's three emergencies for the game are Meg Macdonald, Amelia Peck and Sarah D'Arcy.
A win in the penultimate home and away round is crucial for the Tigers in their bid for a second straight finals series.
Midfielder Grace Egan said the side was heading into the final fortnight with confidence following the win over the Hawks.
"The last two games are really important for us and we need to get the wins to make finals," she said.
"I have all faith in our team to be able to do that, after (the Round 8) game and a four-quarter effort."
Saturday will be Richmond's final home game of the season, marking 'Thank You Tiger Army Round' to celebrate the Club's fans and thanking them for their support throughout 2023.
The Round 9 game kicks off at 7.15pm and will be broadcast live on 7mate, 7plus, Fox Footy, Kayo Sports and the AFLW Official App.
Richmond will wear its 2023 AFLW Pride guernsey for Rounds 9 and 10, developed by defenders Rebecca Miller and Libby Graham in conjunction with artist Matthew Chan.
