Richmond’s ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ challenge series has come to thrilling finale.
The four Tiger contestants – Jack Riewoldt, Brett Deledio, Chris Newman and Troy Chaplin - took to AAMI Park for the final challenge of the series – NRL conversion kicking.
With Riewoldt out of the running to claim bragging rights as ‘King of the Jungle’, it was a race in three to see who could make the most of their three shots at the uprights.
Current Melbourne Storm captain Cameron Smith was on hand to offer his tips, along with former captain Robbie Kearns and former forward Peter Robinson.
It was a low-scoring affair as the Tiger combatants tried to adjust to their new skill, and the result hung in the balance right up until the final kick.
