Richmond will welcome three Tigers back into its line-up for Sunday's clash with St Kilda at Marvel Stadium, headlined by the return of important duo Dustin Martin and Dylan Grimes.

Star midfielder Martin missed last Friday night's clash with soreness, while co-captain Grimes was a late out due to a neck injury. 

Also returning to the side is young inside midfielder Thomson Dow, who has been recalled for his second match of the season.

The 21-year-old was among the Tigers' best in the VFL last weekend, recording 24 disposals, 15 contested possessions, seven clearances and seven inside-50s.

"(He) looked lively in and around the footy and was really important around stoppage for us. He's really working on his transition game and we're seeing great improvement in this week to week," VFL coach Steve Morris said of Dow's game.

The inclusions replace Jacob Hopper, who was concussed in last Friday night's loss to the Bulldogs, and Noah Cumberland, who suffered a concussion late in Thursday's training session and now has entered the protocols. 

Also out of the side is Sam Banks, who has been omitted, and Rhyan Mansell, last week's activated substitute. 

Both Banks and Mansell have been named as emergencies, in addition to Samson Ryan and Hugo Ralphsmith. 

The Club will name its substitute 60 minutes prior to the first bounce on Sunday.

Trent Cotchin, who announced his retirement on Thursday morning, is battling calf soreness and will sit out the match, but is hoping to be available for the Tigers' final two games against North Melbourne and the Power.

Sunday's clash will be broadcast live on Channel 7, FOX FOOTY and Kayo Sports.
