In the lead-up to the 2012 AFL National Draft, to be held on November 22 at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, richmondfc.com.au presents the countdown of Richmond’s all-time top 10 draftees.

It’s an impressive list of names, featuring a number of Tiger captains, Jack Dyer Medallists, All-Australians and leading goalkicker award winners.

For 10 consecutive days, from today (Tuesday, November 13), richmondfc.com.au will count down the top 10 players to arrive at Tigerland via the National Draft.

We haven’t included those players taken by the Tigers under the league’s father-son ruling, or in the now-defunct mid-season draft, still-functional pre-season or rookie draft.

Consistency of performance, achievements, and longevity at the game’s highest level with Richmond, were the main factors our panel of experts used in determining the final order of the top 10 Tiger draftees.
