• 80 years since Richmond’s fifth premiership in the VFL competition, defeating Essendon by five points in the 1943 Grand Final at Princes Park.
• 80 years since Richmond rover Dick Harris topped the competition’s list with 63 goals in 1943.
• 70 years since the Tigers’ “Immortal” four-time premiership coach Tommy Hafey made his playing debut for the Club in 1953.
• 50 years since champion Richmond won its eighth VFL premiership, beating Carlton by 30 points in the 1973 Grand Final.
• 40 years since the Club’s five-time premiership champion Kevin Bartlett played the 403rd and final game of his magnificent league football career in 1983.
• 30 years since star Tiger rover Dale Weightman played the last game of his illustrious career in 1993.
• 30 years since superstar key forward Matthew Richardson made his AFL debut with Richmond in 1993.
• 30 years since top, tough, tenacious defender Duncan Kellaway debuted for the Tigers in 1993.
• 30 years since Richmond captain and star spearhead Jeff Hogg was traded to Fitzroy at the end of the 1993 season in exchange for three players – Paul Broderick, Michael Gale and Matthew Dundas.
• 25 years since first-rate key defender and 2000 Jack Dyer Medallist, Andrew Kellaway, made his AFL debut in 1998.
