Richmond AFLW player Eilish Sheerin has continued her stunning debut season with maximum 10 votes from the coaches in the Round 7 win over West Coast.
The star Tiger topped the votes for the third time this season after collecting 21 disposals, 12 intercept possessions, 537 metres gained, 6 inside-50s and her first AFLW goal.
Speaking to Women's Footy, teammate Grace Egan said Sheerin was highly admired for her work ethic.
"She works super hard to be as good as she is," Egan said.
"She's had a couple of ACL injuries, but she's amazing and works super hard.
"Whenever the ball goes near her or I know that ball is is coming down into the backline, I have all faith in her driving her legs out and getting it down field."
Egan polled five votes herself for her match-winning performance, kicking the final two goals of the game to seal the win, along with 18 disposals and seven tackles.
Rounding out the Tigers' vote getters were Monique Conti (18 disposals, three clearances) who sits in third on the overall leaderboard, and Courtney Wakefield, who registered a career-high 17 disposals and six tackles.
