Star Richmond midfielder Monique Conti continued her sensational start to the season with a perfect 10 in the Round 3 coaches' votes.

Five Tigers featured in the votes following a dominant 35-point win over the Hawks in the AFLW Indigenous Round at the Swinburne Centre.

The 22-year-old triple Richmond AFLW Best & Fairest winner was prolific in the contest, collecting 23 disposals and five clearances while also booting three goals.

Speaking to Channel 7 after the victory, Conti said she was just happy to be playing her role for the team.

"We had a really good first couple of weeks and we really wanted to go out there and play really hungry and show everyone what we're made of, and I think we did a pretty good job," Conti said

"I just tried to play my role for the team and part of that role is just to be hungry around the footy and hunt it.

"(Working on my) work-rate, I tried to do a lot of that in the pre-season... Kicking goals I'm trying to get better at, but whenever anyone can get a score on the board that's really good."

Conti was well-supported by Ellie McKenzie who polled seven votes (17 disposals, five marks and a goal) and recruit Grace Egan, who in her first Richmond AFLW win earned six votes (23 disposals, five clearances, one goal).

Rounding out the Tigers' vote-getters were Gabby Seymour (three votes - 17 disposals, 20 hit-outs, four clearances) and Eilish Sheerin (one vote - 20 disposals, three marks).
