Richmond will bring football home to Punt Road Oval at the ME Bank Centre this Sunday, May 4, when the VFL team plays its first game at its home ground.
The VFL Tigers will take on Geelong’s VFL team at 11.30am, in a curtain raiser to the AFL’s game against the Cats at the MCG in the afternoon.
Due to the ongoing redevelopment works around Punt Road Oval, there will be a reduced capacity of 2500 people able to access the venue. Unfortunately, the Jack Dyer Stand is also currently inaccessible, which means seating undercover is unavailable.
For fans that cannot attend the match, Richmond will live stream the game with full commentary and score updates on its website richmondfc.com.au, or fans can tune into Richmond VFL Radio via the Club’s official app.
The match will also be tweeted live, using Richmond’s Twitter handle @RichmondVFL, including live scores, statistical updates and photos. See full details of the match below.
