Richmond's Round 4 AFLW match against Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium will now be played this Sunday, January 30th.

The two sides were originally fixtured to face off this Friday night, with the AFL announcing the Round 4 fixture changes on Monday afternoon.

The clash, which will be broadcast live on Fox Footy, will now kick off at 5.10pm AEDT (4.10pm local time).

In addition to the Round 4 fixture changes, the AFL has also announced two additional matches ahead of Round Five ,which will see Collingwood vs. West Coast Eagles and the Western Bulldogs vs. Fremantle in a double-header on Tuesday, February 1.

The AFL remains committed to delivering a full season and the decision to schedule two additional matches across the next week was made together with the clubs involved to ensure Fremantle and the West Coast Eagles – who are currently based in Victoria – could play additional games which will result in greater fixturing flexibility for future rounds following updates to border restrictions in Western Australia.
