After eleven years together, the Richmond Football Club and Jeep Australia partnership will finish at the end of October.
Since 2011, Richmond and Jeep Australia have shared a journey that saw the Club compete in seven finals’ series, culminating in three premierships in 2017, 2019 and 2020.
Throughout the 11-year partnership, Jeep Australia has also supported a number of member, fan and community initiatives.
Richmond CEO Brendon Gale thanked Jeep for their long-term support.
“We have been extremely proud of our partnership with Jeep and grateful for the support they have given us both on and off the field. It has been a mutually beneficial partnership between brands whose values closely align,” Gale said.
“I know many across our Club, including our members and supporters, have enjoyed driving a Jeep, as a result of this partnership.
“Our shared commitment to this partnership saw it flourish for more than a decade. Jeep has played an important role in what we have achieved in recent years, and we thank them for being a part of the Richmond Football Club.”
Jeep Australia CEO Kevin Flynn was appreciative to have been a part of the Richmond Football Club’s journey.
“We are very proud of Jeep's longstanding relationship with the Richmond Football Club. The club's resilience, determination and commitment to excellence continues to inspire us,” Flynn said.
“The Tigers have been a team that has supported Jeep throughout the years beyond just a commercial partnership. We are incredibly thankful for the support of the team and the friendships that have been formed throughout the years.
“It is a privilege to cement ourselves in the history and success of the Richmond Football Club and we look forward to following their adventures in the years to come. We wish the playing group, coaches, broader club and fans the best of luck for the 2022 season and beyond and we remain Tiger fans!”
