One unknowing Richmond supporter will walk through the gates of the MCG on Saturday night as the one millionth fan to see a game featuring the Tigers this year.
Richmond is second, behind Collingwood for highest crowd attendance during season 2013, with the Club’s total crowd attendance currently 982,311, less than 18,000 shy of a million.
The Tigers are playing on the popular Saturday night football stage against Essendon this weekend and expects to tick over the one million milestone.
To celebrate, the Club will select a lucky Tigers’ supporter to be its one millionth fan, as they walk through gates of the MCG to attend the game.
The randomly selected fan will win a prize pack featuring 2 x tickets to an AFL function at Richmond’s first final valued at $460pp, 2 x Richmond reserved seat memberships for 2014, and 2 x corporate dining packages for Day 2 of the Boxing Day Test Match at the MCG.
