Richmond defender Alex Rance will miss the Club's matches against St Kilda, Hawthorn and Collingwood after accepting a three-match sanction from the AFL Match Review Panel.
Rance was handed a level four rough conduct charge from Thursday night’s match against Carlton at the MCG.
The AFL’s match review panel assessed an incident between Rance and Blues’ forward Jarrad Waite in the second quarter as reckless conduct, high impact and high contact.
He received a total of 425 demerit points, and a four-week suspension, which was reduced with an early guilty plea to 318, and a three-week suspension.
