Richmond’s first pick in the 2010 National Draft, young gun West Australian midfielder, Reece Conca, will wear the No. 30 guernsey for the Tigers in his debut season of AFL football.

The 18-year-old from WAFL club Perth takes over the number from Richard Tambling, who was traded to the Adelaide Crows at the end of the season following a 108-game career at Tigerland.
