Richmond spearhead Jack Riewoldt has been named in the 29-man squad to play his first match of the pre season against Adelaide at Visy Park on Friday.

Riewoldt and skipper Chris Newman return to the squad from injury, for the Tigers’ final match of the 2011 pre season.

Last year’s Jack Dyer and Coleman medallist is back from a knee injury sustained at training, while Newman returns from hamstring tightness.

Richmond has so far recorded losses to Carlton, Collingwood and Hawthorn, and a win against Port Adelaide, in the NAB Cup and Challenge series.
