The 27-year-old key forward was taken by the Tigers as a mature-age rookie at the end of last year, and subsequently received a promotion to the Club’s senior playing list on the eve of this season.
Miller is one of two changes to the Richmond side that lost to Hawthorn last round by 63 points.
Experienced tall defender Will Thursfield has been recalled for his first game of the 2011 season, while Daniel Connors will miss with a leg injury and Mitch Morton has been omitted.
