The VFL Tigers have named an experienced squad for Thursday’s practice match against Northern Blues at Punt Road Oval.
The match will be played as a curtain-raiser to Richmond’s AFL clash against Carlton at the MCG.
The VFL Tigers will field a strong 30-player squad, that includes 19 AFL-listed players.
Richmond forward Ben Lennon will look to replicate his stellar form for the VFL Tigers, after booting seven goals in their first practice match.
VFL Tigers’ captain Sam Darley is among the 11 VFL-listed players who will feature in Thursday's hit-out, alongside new recruits Hugh Beasley and Brandon Wood.
Richmond finalised its 2017 VFL playing squad last week.
It marks the VFL Tigers’ second of four pre-season practice matches, before the season kicks off against North Ballarat on Sunday, April 16 at Punt Road Oval.

Thursday night’s match kicks off at 4:30pm and gates open at 4pm.
Entry is free for Richmond members and via a gold coin donation for other attendees. Donations will go directly to the Club’s preferred charity partner, the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, to help keep children safe from violence.
