“He’s had his knockers in the past, but we’ve always had a strong beliefin ‘Sheds since he’s been at the Club,” Richmond’s star midfielder andvice-captain, Brett Deledio, said on SEN.
“Some of the things hedoes, his vision, and his ability to turn the opposition inside out . . .he’s really good at that sort of stuff.
“But I think now he’s got a bit more confidence in his body, his running ability and his strength over the footy.
“So, we’re hoping for a big year from Shane.”
Edwards, 24, has played 109 games and kicked 68 goals since making his senior league debut with Richmond in 2007.
