It was a day for the kids of Warrnambool yesterday as Richmond spent the first of two days on its 2014 Community Camp.

The Tigers arrived in the Victorian coastal town to a traditional Indigenous smoking ceremony and welcome, before heading to local primary and secondary schools.

It was then off to Reid Oval for a kids’ superclinic, followed by visits to local football clubs to assist with training sessions.

A selection of players and coaches then attended a Warrnambool City Council civic reception, and a function for the Club’s local supporter group.

Today’s schedule includes a full training session, visits to local hospitals and retirement homes, and a trip to Framlingham Mission.
