We’re partnering VicHealth to help women across Victoria find their motivation and rediscover how good it feels to get active! And, what better time to start than Autumn, when the hot summer burn is replaced with cooler air and blue sunny skies? It’s the perfect time to get outdoors and get active.
Sound tough? It doesn’t need to be. Think about small changes to your daily routine, like taking the stairs or going for a walking meeting. In addition to incidental activity like this, why not take some time to find a new activity that’s social and fun? Something that gets you moving and at the same time offers you an opportunity to meet new friends, socialise and live an active healthy lifestyle.

Designed just for women, there are a variety of great sports on offer from Rock Up Netball to AFL Active; a social group fitness session tailored to suit any fitness level, which promotes a friendly and fun way to improve your health & wellbeing!
