Richmond’s VFL team has been strengthened by the return of several senior AFL-listed players for this Saturday’s match against Footscray.
Ruckman Shaun Hampson and defender Matt Dea return to the side after missing the last VFL match, while first-year midfielder Kane Lambert makes his long-awaited comeback from a shoulder injury.
Lambert hasn’t played a competitive match since he was injured on his AFL debut in Round 2, more than two months ago.

Veteran Chris Newman has been named to play his second VFL match in a row, as he continues to build game time on his return from a groin injury.
Richmond’s VFL team will be looking to snap a four-game losing streak when they take on the Bulldogs, who have won four out of seven games so far this season.
Veteran Western Bulldogs defender Dale Morris has been named to make his return from injury.
