Richmond has adopted a new clash strip for the 2015 season.
The Tigers will wear a yellow guernsey with a black sash that will appear on the front only. There will be a black number on the back of the jumper.
This move follows consultation with the AFL, which has been issuing a directive to all league clubs to come up with more distinct clash strip designs.

“The AFL asked us to develop a new clash strip after some issues were encountered last year – most notably in the elimination final against Port Adelaide,” said Richmond’s CEO Brendon Gale.
“The most critical factor for us, and I’m sure our fans, was that we retained a jumper that was Yellow and Black, and that it bore a sash.
“The reverse of our traditional strip gives us both outcomes and it has been accepted by the AFL.”
It is expected Richmond will wear the new clash strip five times in season 2015 – against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval in Round 8, Fremantle at Domain Stadium in Round 10, St Kilda at Etihad Stadium in Round 16, Adelaide at Adelaide Oval in Round 19 and Essendon at the MCG in Round 22.
